Jeffrey is a Vice President based in the Oklahoma City area, serving clients across the United States and globally. He joined PSB in early 2022, and has 25+ years of experience in the consumer, technology, and telecom sectors – leading large, complex research projects. He has led multiple research programs with Telecom and IT professionals and decision makers, gaining insights from those on the front lines as well as those driving strategy. This experience has provided him unique insights into product testing, CX and churn tracking, ad tracking, customer touchpoint satisfaction, market and flow share (which led to a co-owned methodology patent), churn, retention, onboarding, NPS, network, and overall satisfaction. Prior to PSB, Jeffrey worked at a custom research shop as the account lead for two of the top three wireless providers and worked with several household-name technology clients, and prior to that worked for 18 years on the client side of a large blue wireless and wireline communications provider. Jeffrey is a US Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.
