Bill Brannon is Vice President – Qualitative at PSB where he leads the qualitative research operations team.
Bill brings strategic marketing insights from a wide range of vertical markets, including financial services, technology, healthcare, CPG, telecommunications, working both within the consumer and business decision-maker space. He has a deep understanding of qualitative study design and management, thereby leading the instrumentation of sound qualitative management practices.
Bill joined PSB after several years as an independent qualitative research consultant and before that, as Director of Client Services at Greenfield Consulting Group in Westport, CT (now known as Kantar Qualitative). Earlier in his career, he was a senior account manager with LINTAS Worldwide (now Mullen) working on the Hanesbrands account.
Bill holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan –Flagler Business School.
