Renee is a Senior Vice President at PSB. She brings 28 years of client and agency market research experience to her work with clients. Renee brings to PSB an extensive array of both quantitative and qualitative research experience in the areas of brand and reputation management, competitive positioning, advertising testing, customer segmentation, customer experience measurements, and new product development. Renee has been recognized for her unique ability to bring the customer voice to life and help companies make strategic decisions based on innovative customer research.
Most recently, Renee was the Vice President of Customer Insights for CenturyLink, a Fortune 300 telecommunications company. At CenturyLink, Renee was directly responsible for leading extensive market research efforts to guide corporate strategy, brand development and management, new product development, and improve the company’s go-to-market strategies.
Prior to CenturyLink, Renee worked at Leo Burnett Advertising as a Research Director responsible for the advertising and positioning research for a diverse client base including McDonald’s, Keebler, and Philip Morris.
Renee has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Boston University.
