Priyanka brings over 14 years of experience in the field of Market Research, CRM and Marketing. She has experience working across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and has a breadth of expertise in research focusing on segmentation, persona development, reputation, social listening and ad tracking. Her experience at PSB spans across sectors including Consumer Technology, B2B Technology, Retail and Finance & Banking. Prior to PSB, Priyanka worked in-house at luxury brands including Dior, Guerlain and Jo Malone, London focused on CRM and Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kings College, London where she focused on Business Management. Priyanka also went on to study a Master’s degree at the London School of Economics in Economic History in addition to International Affairs at Columbia University.
