Mike is a Vice President at PSB. Mike has 10 years of experience helping Fortune 500 brands and brings both a client and supplier perspective to the firm. Mike’s PSB experience has focused on applying cutting edge research solutions to provide clients with data oriented, actionable recommendations on branding, messaging strategy, customer communications, advocacy, and reputation management.
During his time at PSB, Mike has worked with leading brands in the financial, professional services, energy, and technology sectors. Mike has expertise in a wide range of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Prior to joining PSB, Mike managed the brand market research team for Capital One bank. While at Capital One, Mike contributed to the acquisition and integration of ING Direct by utilizing research to inform the communications and customer experience strategy. Additionally, Mike lead research efforts to develop breakthrough bank products and marketing while providing a best in class experience for bank customers.
Mike graduated from The George Washington University where he majored in International Affairs.
