Kelly Falconi is Vice President of People at PSB where she leads talent attraction, retention, development, resourcing and operations.
Kelly joined PSB from the world of human capital consulting. Kelly spent most of her career working and leading teams at the world’s foremost HR solutions partner, Adecco Group NA, overseeing internal hiring, professional development, business development, and management operations.
Kelly earned a BS degree from Sewanee – The University of the South. Kelly was born in Washington, DC, grew up in nearby suburban Maryland, and now resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
