Kate Whittle is the Chief Experience Officer with PSB Insights. She creates highly impactful, people-focused strategies that intersect and optimize both the client experience and the employee experience, overseeing the people, DEIJ, and knowledge management teams. Employees that are motivated, challenged, and supported to do their best work, in areas that are exciting to them, will create amazing products, partnerships, and results for their clients. To her clients, Kate is a trusted advisor, creating data-driven business strategies and coaching teams to be stronger consultants and partners to their clients. She led the development of PSB Insight’s SMARTanalytics portfolio and works across industries in early product conception and engineering design through capturing a competitive advantage in positioning and go-to-market strategy. Kate graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a BA in Business Administration and Finance.
