Jess serves as Vice President & Global Head of Qualitative at PSB. In her role, Jessica leverages her 20 years of marketing research and consulting expertise to lead the firm’s qualitative practice and continuously evolve, elevate, and expand the firm’s qualitative knowledge and capabilities.
Jess’s experience spans both the supplier and client sides of the business, and a multitude of business challenges, industries, and methodologies.
Prior to joining PSB, Jess spent nearly nine years with a boutique consultancy, where she launched and led the firm’s digital qualitative division in addition to leading in-person qualitative and client ideation sessions. Earlier in her career, Jess held a senior role within a healthcare and pharma focused consultancy, designing and leading large scale domestic and global qualitative. Jess also spent several years in-house at DIAGEO after starting her career at AC Nielsen BASES.
Jess is a RIVA-trained moderator, a 10-year member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), and graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut College with a degree in psychology. Along with writing many blogs and thought pieces on the benefits of qualitative methodologies, particularly online and mobile approaches, she has had articles published in industry journals, including Quirk’s Marketing Research Review.
