Cindy Malone is a Vice President in PSB’s Washington, DC office.
Cindy is a researcher, strategist, and consultant with 20 years of experience leading initiatives to drive growth in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C categories. Prior to joining PSB, Cindy spent a decade at Maddock Douglas, an insights-driven innovation consultancy, where she led the firm’s market research practice. She’s also held brand management roles at General Mills, with P&L responsibility in the meals and Big G cereal divisions. Cindy has her MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in English literature from Princeton University.
