Cathy brings over 20 years of customer insights, research and consulting experience to her role as Chief Client Officer, where she ensures delivery of best-in-class, custom insights engagements that solve her clients’ most critical business challenges.

Prior to joining PSB Insights, Cathy spent almost a decade at Marriott International, where she led a team of internal consultants charged with identifying, synthesizing and packaging primary research, analytics and macro-trends into holistic ‘C-Level’ stories that drove strategy and profitable business decisions. Cathy also spent 13 years at Millward Brown, a global, full-service research firm, where she most recently served as SVP, Managing Director of their Washington, DC, office.

Cathy’s experience spans a myriad of industries, including hospitality, financial services, retail, telecomm and CPG, as well as a broad range of engagements, including marketing and communications, brand and reputation strategy and optimization, customer segmentation and journey mapping, public affairs, and inclusion & diversity.
