Chief Client Officer

Cathy is Chief Client Officer, DC at PSB. She brings over 20 years of customer insights, research and consulting experience to her role and oversees all client operations for the DC office, ensuring delivery of best-in-class, custom insights that solve her clients’ most critical business challenges.

Prior to joining PSB, Cathy spent almost a decade at Marriott International, where she led a team of internal consultants charged with identifying, synthesizing and packaging primary research, analytics and macro-trends into holistic ‘C-Level’ stories that drove strategy and profitable business decisions. Her team’s oversight spanned multiple disciplines within Marriott International, including Brand, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution Strategy, and Digital/Channel strategy.

Cathy also spent 13 years at Millward Brown, a global, full-service research firm, where she most recently served as SVP, Managing Director of their Washington, DC, office.

Cathy’s experience spans a myriad of industries, including hospitality, financial services, retail, and CPG; further, she has demonstrated expertise leading a broad range of engagements, including brand strategy and tracking, communications strategy and assessment, product innovation and positioning, customer insight and segmentation, and user experience.
