Bill is the Vice President of IT Operations at PSB, where he leads the team responsible for maintaining all client-facing and internal information technology solutions. He works closely with the Compliance Team to ensure that security requirements are met, including PSB’s annual SOC 2 Type 2 assessment.
Prior to joining PSB, Bill spent 18 years at Phoenix Marketing International, where he led the implementation, management, and continual improvement of Phoenix’s information security management system, including the initial ISO 27001 certification efforts. He has experience in ISO 27001, TPN, and has been through numerous client-specific assessments.
Bill is a graduate of Marist College with a degree in Information Technology.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as cycling and skiing as much as possible.
